Gracias a él me he acercado al concepto de la conciencia del agua, pues a través de sus experimentos con las cristalizaciones, ha demostrado, no solo que el agua cristaliza de manera diferente según como la hayamos tratado, sino que el agua nos escucha, que sabe entendernos. Teoría clave, y que puede aplicarse a la naturaleza y a la alimentación en general; no solo quiero comer o beber cosas comestibles o bebibles, sino cuidadas, que yo les pueda querer y que me quieran.
