 April 23rd, Monday:
 Seminars in Taiwan

Monday, April 27th, Monday

I just got back home from 10 days long seminar tour from Southeast Asia. I would like to make a report on the tour.

Thursday, April 16th

Arrival at Taipei airport

After we flew for 3 hours from Narita airport, we arrive Taipei airport. The time difference is one hour from Japan. Mr. and Mrs. Lin and their staffs welcomed us with a big banner at the airport. I felt something wonderful thing will happen in this tour.

There was a TV crew and they videotaped the whole trip and they will make it DVD.

The hotel they booked for us is a luxury suite room at 5 star hotel and I felt that their expectation for us is very high.

As usual, my wife took a picture in the lobby in front of flower

After we checked in, we had a welcome dinner at restaurant in the hotel. Actually, after all, I gain 3 kilo after this whole trip. Chinese food is scary because they serve a lot of delicious dishes waver after wave so I could not stop moving chopsticks. I wish I could take pictures of all the food that ate.

The tooth brushes placed in the bathroom.
Green is color of gratitude and pink is a color of love.

Press conference and visiting Taichung

We had a press conference at restaurant near by the hotel. I was there together with Mr. Lin (from Jing Guan Spirit-Mind-Science Research Institute)  and Mr. Hsu who is the publisher of Taiwanese version of my new book, “Water, mirror of words”

The lady to the right from me is Ms. Shizue Nagayau
who travels with us for whole schedule as a translator

With Mr. and Mrs. Lin

And after the press conference, we moved to Taichung by a bullet train. The train is made by Japanese and it was just exactly same as Japanese bullet train and it was comfortable.

We had a dinner party together with Mr. Lin and his staffs and Mr. Hsu and his staffs and friends. The dinner we ate was Japanese Chinese food and it was again excess calories.

3 children of Mr. Mrs. Lin joined the dinner

Mr. Hsu and his family. Mr. Hsu’s father is a former president of
the publisher and he is fluent in Japanese.

Water blessing ceremony at Sun Moon Lake and seminar in Taichung

Sun Moon Lake is the biggest lake in Taiwan and it is a popular sight seeing place. As you can see in the picture it is beautiful. It is said to be that the half of the shape of lake looks like sun and the other half looks like sun so that’s how they named the lake.

It is about 30 min drive through beautiful nature in the mountain.

The water blessing ceremony was schedule at the lake. When we arrived, therewere already a lot of people waiting.

View of the lake

The ceremony took place close to the water source of the lake. I explained about what happened in the event at Lake Biwa 10 years ago and I led the prayer with Dai-dan-gen, “Grand Declaration”

”Dai Dan Gen” is the phrase which was made by my mentor, Mr. Shioya. He was actually said to be a re-birth of Lao-tze and I felt something great to introduce his Dai Dan Gen in Taiwan and I also sent my prayer to his spirit was well.

After the ceremony, we found a nice heart shaped object and I could not resist to take a picture together with my wife.

And we took a group picture

For a lunch, we went to The Lalu Hotel which was a second house of Chiang Kaishek in old times.

The view from the hotel was spectacular!

After that, we went Mr. Hsu’s publishing company which also has bookstore in the same building. The company was built in 1912 and it is the oldest publishing company in Taiwan.  They have dealt in religious, spiritual books.

Net we went to Mr. Lin’s office

There are 30 counseling rooms at his office.

A large seminar room

Mirror room

Water room

Chakra therapy room

As you can see, his office is so nice and I could understand his work has been established so well. I have never seen an office which has a lot of different type of counseling rooms like this in Japan.

So, I had the first seminar of the tour at junior high school in Taichun. The school had a nice seminar hall which can hold 2000 people. Coincidently, it was the school that the translator, Ms. Nagayasu used to go to. She has a Japanese father and Taiwanese mother so her nationality is Japan but the birth place is Taiwan and they all live in Taichung. Her respected father was there at the seminar so she seemed to be very nervous.

As far as the number of audience of the seminar, about 70% of the seats were filled up. It means about 1400 people came. It is a great number of people.. It was not a free seminar, So Mr. Lin has a great ability to collect people. Amazing!

There were some monks at the seminar

The event was started with Mr. Lin’s greeting

3 big screens were prepared

Ms. Nagayasu’s translation was perfect so my seminar was going well.

At the end , I had some questions from Mr. Lin and I answered these questions that’s how we ended up with the seminar.
