It is the last day of 3 days weekend here in Japan today. I have been busy in this weekend as well and I finally found a time to write my diary today. So I will continue the story in South America.

Friday, Nov. 7th,
I visited a school for disable children in the suburb of Santiago. I spent a half day there with children and I experienced a lot of things to touch my heart.
First, I greeted children and their parents.

This school has a specialty that children can always play and learn with dogs.

When they are having a discussion, there are always dogs around them.

There are always times that children can sleep on the dogs between the times of classes.

And while they are sleeping, the calls of dolphins and wheals are played and they are sleeping with them. This was the first thing that touched my heart.

My wife who is a dog lover, started to sleep with them too. The dogs did not like it at all even though I am sure they feel it is heavy. ….. It was the second thing to touch my heart.

There are about 20 dogs and most of them are Golden Retriever and this is their house.

And as you can see, there is a picture of water crystal of love and gratitude on the bottom of the water bowl! They put the pictures in all of the water bowls for the dogs here and they have been doing this for 2 years. They told me that dogs have become more kind and healthy since they put the water crystal pictures in their bowls. This was the third thing to touch my heart.

They had a swimming pool in the garden and we have a little ceremony to give love and gratitude to water. People who are wearing yellow are a principal of the school and also his wife. With their wonderful passion, this school is sustained. Needless to say, they are a big fan of water crystal photographs.

I found a word written in the wall of the swimming pool. It is gratitude in Spanish. This was the 4th thing that I was impressed with.

A group picture with parents of the children at the side of pool.

We went to a dog house for small puppies. There were a lot of cute puppies… It was the 5th impressive thing.

A puppy with Teresita. Nice picture!

They presented this dog to us. We named him “Maestro”. Of course, we could not bring him home so I asked them to take good care of him. I feel I have to come here once in a while to see how he grows. It was the 6th impressive thing I experienced.

When I came back to a class room, the children were making water crystal coasters. Those coasters were distributed to people there and what I got was a water crystal of dolphins. This is the 7th thing that I was impressed with.

I gave a short seminar with the slide that I prepared. Everybody there listened my talk intently. I felt like that they have a deeper interest in my work than general children.
This was the 8th thing that I was impressed with.

And I showed water crystal video of the national anthem of Chile. Everybody just stood up and sang right away. They sang very well with full of energy. I felt like that I want to show this to children in Japan. This was the 9th thing that I was impressed with.

At the end, we took a picture with children.
There was a boy who leaned over me and he was so cute.

I got a poncho as a gift. Also I had bottles of local red wine and white wine. My wife was so happy. This was the 10th thing that made me so happy.

As just described, I had a lot impressed things and left the school. I would love to visit them again. If there are schools like this, I would love to visit so please contact us.
