I've been reading studies done by quantum physicist where meditation actually lowered death or crime rates through applying a more positive conscious to the target area. Their influencing war through conscious and your influencing water with conscious are these the same types of interactions? if so is it possible to then influence the atmosphere with our conscious to help global warming or can we even affect jet streams, food production in dry african fields, or merely the physical manifestation of terrorism?

【Answer】
Yes, I think these impacts of consciousness are the same kind of interactions. This is why I believe that our consciousness could solve various problems. We've already experimented on prayers at long range for water several times and had specific credences from the experiment.
One of them is the data when we prayed for water placed in the Noetic Science Institute located in surburb of San Francisco while we were in Tokyo. Its report is in http://www.explorejournal.com/article/PIIS1550830706003272/abstract#back-aff1
Purification experiment by Kotodama in Biwa Lake in Japan, the change in water crystal as a result of prayer from Lake Galleria in Israel for the water in our institute in Tokyo.....there are many cases like these. All phenomenon go by energy and the energy is vibration. The vibration trasmits through water. We could say all phenomenon go by water. Moreover, our consciousness could create and change all phenomenon since we can change the information in water if we focus attention.
However, as I always say, energy is square of Mass X Light Speed or square of Number of people X its consciousness level. We'll need a certain number of people and educational campaign to promote their consciousness level. However, I think only 10% of population in target area would be necessary. (This is because human society is separated by 10% of good people and 10% of bad people and the rest are fence-sitting people who would come to the good side when there's 10% of good people. I learned this from Dr. Teruo Higa from EM technology.）
Thus, we need positive consciousness from 650 million people in order to change and make better the energy on the earth. I don't think it wouldn't be that hard since I realized it when I traveled around the world. Let's have confidence and hope in yourself and start working on the awareness-raiging campaign!!

I used to use measurement machine for homeopathy to transcribe Hado on water as an alternative healer and have my patients drink this water. It was about ten years before I discovered water crystal photograph. What I was doing back then was very effective to heal a variety of sickness. This is why I knew that water carried information from my experience. The 9th Hado Instructor School was held October 16th through October 19th, in Tucson Arizona, at the beautiful Hilton El Conquistador Golf and Tennis Resort.  The grounds of the resort displayed much of the beauty and splendor of the Sonoran Desert, with its unique indigenous plant and animal life, and of course, those famous southwestern Tucson sunsets.  The weather was sunny, warm, and inviting.  This atmosphere was very conducive in creating an ambient venue, which supported creative and relaxed learning and sharing, and a great platform for establishing new friendships with fellow students, and renewing older ones with fellow Hado Instructors from previous schools and events.

Being born in Tucson, this was a very special homecoming for me.  I was elated to be able to take part in the wonderful experience of going to “Hado Instructor School,” in my very own birthplace.  (There really are no accidents or just coincidences in life!)  This was a time of coming together with fellow Hado Instructors who were returning for more instruction like me, and for meeting the new students, who would be joining our growing international team of Hado Instructors from around the world.  I feel so grateful, honored, and privileged, to have had this unique and wonderful experience.

This Hado School was different from the previous eight, in that, Dr. Emoto was not able to join us at this school.  As many of you already know through these diary entries, he spent nearly 2 months in the hospital, but through the loyalty of his staff and students, and his own intentions, we proceeded without him, as Dr. Emoto very much wanted this school to take place.  I know that we all missed his presence, but felt it and his powerful spirit, very much with us at the same time.  His messages to us were lovingly and sincerely delivered to us by his staff.  Dr. Emoto sent us all special gifts which were graciously presented and received by us from his staff.  We viewed pre-recorded taped instruction prepared especially for us by Dr. Emoto, with special messages just for us.

One important thing that was expressed to us and felt by the students through the experience of Dr. Emoto’s absence, is that, it is time for Hado Instructors to really step up to the plate, and take on their independent roles as Hado Instructors, and actively spread the word about “Hado.”  This is what Dr. Emoto has been preparing us for, and training us for, all along, and now, due to necessity, we MUST do just that.  Dr. Emoto’s intention in giving the Hado Schools has always been for us to take independent and proactive roles in spreading the message of Hado, and world peace, as one person alone cannot do this.  Dr. Emoto has been diligently and tirelessly touring around the world non-stop for over seven years, and now we, as Hado Instructors, must accept the roles for which we have been trained, and have agreed to take, to become teachers of Hado as well.  We must be the examples, and in our own unique ways, through our own unique talents, get the “Messages from Water,” spread around the world.  The time is NOW, and there is an urgent call in the world, to step up courageously for what we believe in, and for what Dr. Emoto stands for.  Peace through knowledge and correct use of “Hado,” - Vibration, the essence of all life, all that is.  Through the conscious use of “Hado,” we can create better health for all, clean up the planet environmentally, and become stewards of the earth and comrades for peace.

We had some very exciting guest speakers at this Hado School, and some wonderful seminars and workshops by fellow Hado Instructors, including our President of the Hado Instructors, Dr. Kate Vandemoer on “The Science of Water,” Lynne Hardin from the International Water for Life Foundation, on “Business Planning for Hado Ventures; and Dr. Wendy Davis on “Good Vibration and Sound.”  Dr. Gary Schwartz from the University of Arizona was a guest lecturer, as was the Hopi Elder Vernon Masayesva from the Coyote Clan of the Hopi Tribe of Northern Arizona, Third Mesa.  Eric Lancaster from Em America joined us this time for a very interesting lecture, and our beloved Reverend Matsumura led us in the instruction of Zen and Zaz Zen meditation with lectures on Buddhism, and the work of Dr. Emoto.

Co. and presenter of seminars on Hado, Health and Water around the world lectured for us.  We were very blessed to have such an esteemed and engaging group of teachers at this 9th Hado School.  As a returning student, I learned many new things, as this field is always expanding, as science and spirituality are merging in our world to reveal “The Truth of Hado.”

The answer is YES when one logically and truly understands "In the beginning, there was the word". However, the Hado gnawing at our bodies have history and sometimes get tangled up intricately. In such case, we need to peel off negative Hado one after another carefully just as peeling off onion's skin.It might take while to do so and sometimes you cannot do it by yourself. Then you might need some help from a certain counselor or senior. Also, absolute love and gratitude are essential condition at any time.

It won't work if you just put and leave the word on the bottle. You need to look at it always and have such feelings for the water in the tap. If you understand the benefit of that filter, then you should change it as you think proper just as changing a diaper for a baby. It will make it more perfect.

I don't think human or scientists are not smart. If you ever heard or read that I said such things, then I assume that the translator had not really understood my real intention.
I'd likt to take off my hat to the role done by scientists for us and actually the scientific development in the 20th century was remarkable. Especially in the past five decades, the development has been phenomenal.
Only thing I'd like to ask these scientists is that they should take more holistic configuration in the 21st century. In other words, scientists from different fields get together to talk about one theme. That way they could solve many problems we have immediately, I think.
Just to make certain, I am neither a scientist nor a person of religion. I am just a man in the street who is fascinated by water.
Moreover, I believe water mirrors our mind. It's not a matter of which is smarter and which is not. If we are smart, then water is also smart. If we are violent, then water is also violent. This is how I think.

Even when you show the word, Evil, to water, the water forms beautiful crystal if the photographer has angelic heart. This is because the consciousness of innocent people has stronger energy than the Hado of written letters. If you'd like to erace negative words or images that you wrote on your body in the folly of youth, then you should apologize the water in your body and your skin first. The imprinted Hado will be canceled out. Then have image opposite words. If it's pure, the water in your body will be happy and become beautiful. You should not get another tatoo in order to erace the Hado from first tatoo. Please imprint positive thoughts in your heart instead.

Here's the experiment way at our lab.
Put 0.5cc water on a plastic petri dish and freeze it at －25℃. The frozen sample forms oval shape and crystal is at the top of the oval. We do the experiment in the huge refrigerator and freezer and microscope are inside. We use metal light microscope and light is directed from above onto the sample.。 The magnification ratio is x100~x200. The actual crystal size is about 0.5ｍｍ～0.7ｍm. Then focus on the crystal and take a photo with steel camera.
