* October 21th, 2006 sight seeing at Kyongju

Kyogju is a place where many people go for sight seeing. WE got together with the Russian group and went to visit that place, an hour car ride from Tegu. We first went to visit the Kyogiu museum. The photograph is in front of their bell.

It is said that this rings the most beautiful sound but it cannot be rung many times. So a recording of the bell is played every so often there.

The lunch was a traditional Korean food. That was so very delicious!!

This is said to be the oldest observatory built about 1400 years ago.

I’m pretending to be a scare crow with the hat everybody got me. (hey, stop playing around, you’re already 63!) In the background are the graves.

We stopped by at Prof. Park’s friend’s place. There were many people that visit this place to enjoy different types of tea.

My wife is playing with the dog as usual.

The young people have no problem sitting on a hard wood floor.

The foreigners and myself have a hard time sitting even with a cushion.

We had a lotus flower tea. The tea ceremony included pouring hot water slowly as the flower start to bloom.

Here is the flower in full bloom. It was a very good tea.

Then we went to a temple that is well known in the country. It was very beautiful and elegant.

The main building.

The beautiful decorations.

This reminded me of a lantern or a three story pillar. It had a wonderful balance. There were two of these placed next to each other.

After a long walk and visit, I could not walk well by the end of the day. But I look happy with the young people taking care of me.

This is Professor Park who came to visit me in August with Dr. Kim. Today’s schedule was to visit his university and attend the event that he organizes with the children at a nearby marsh area.

When we arrived at that marsh, the children were already starting their program. They were learning about the importance of that land area and how to protect it.

So we started an on the spot lecture there. There was a stage utilizing the natural landscape and I started to speak to about 60 students.

First, I handed the “Message from Water” that we brought from Japan.

Then my lecture started with Mr. Mizuno’s translation. He is originally from Hokkaido in Japan but is now married to a Korean woman and has four kids. After the lecture, there were some interesting questions from the students as well. It was a fun experience.

We all took a photograph together. It seemed like the Korean students were more pure than the Japanese children.

After that lecture, we went to Professor Park’s laboratory at his university. The place, with the name, River Environment Research Lab was well equipped. The person that took us around was Prof. Park’s younger sister and she is also a teacher at that university. She had studied at Kyushu University as well so she spoke very good Japanese.

With the university staffs

From four that evening, there was a water symposium at the hotel that we were staying in.

There were about 100 people there. I presented a talk titled “looking into the memory ability of water”.

From Russia, Mr. Alexandra spoke about his research in the water quality of Lake Baikal.

After that whole event, we took a photograph with Dr. Kim. I was surprised to see that Mr. Alexandra had a copy of the Russian version of “The Hidden Message in Water”. It reminded me how wide spread this book has become throughout the world.

* October 17th, 2006 Seminar at the Indian embassy

About two months ago, while I was away overseas, the Indian embassy’s wife, Mrs. Mrinalini Singh, invited me to speak there. I accepted that invitation and went there today.

She is interested in spirituality that she found my book at Kinokuniya in Japan and read it.

The seminar started with her introduction.

The audience was mostly Indians and their friends. There were about 50 people and they all listened very intently.

After the talk, there were some interesting questions

Afterwards, Mrs. Singh presented me with a beautiful photography book of India. I have been speaking at many different places but this was the first time to speak at an embassy so it was a good experience. Even here, I noticed there were many more women present. It always reminds me how much I have been supported by women throughout the world.

* October 14th, 2006 Staff training

The next evening, the staffs all gathered and we had the dinner together. The photograph is with our president, Hazaka, and the editor of the magazine, HADO. Her husband enjoyed drinking that even though he has passed away, his spirit always stays with her as she ordered her beer.

We moved on to karaoke after the dinner. There was a surprise gift of a birthday gift for Mr. Hazaka from the staff.

Also a bouquet for him. He looks very happy.

Thus started our Karaoke night. The one singing here is Kizu from our lab.

The next morning, we started the training from nine. Everyone started that day in seriousness.

The speaker was the 6th president of this Hotel Shirodaira, Mr. Kubota. He gave us a wonderful talk about the motto of this hotel, “thank you to myself”

I had a chance to speak to the staff as well. I spoke about having thanks to all. IHM will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of its making but this is all because of the readers of HADO magazine.

I discussed about the idea of having a celebration event to mark this anniversary on December 16th this year.

With Mr. Kubota after the training. Thank you for a moving talk.

We all applauded for ourselves to show gratitude.

* October 13th, 2006 Hanamaki Hot Spring

There is a IHM staff training schedule in the Hanamaki Hot Spring in Iwate tomorrow and the day after. Mr. Hazaka arranged for my wife and I to come to the place a day early so we can enjoy the beautiful scenery, food, and the bath.

The hotel owner is a friend of Mr. Hazaka’s. It has 160 years of history. Our room even had its own private outside bath.

The water was very clear and it came out plenty and warm (at 65 degrees Celsius).

Our private garden. There was a river running at the far end.

The food was very good too. This was our breakfast. We poured soy milk in to the boiling pot and had the skin that was made on top. Later we poured nigari to make our own tofu in that pot. It was so delicious!

The dinner was even more gorgeous but because of that, we dove straight in to the food without remembering to take the photograph. This is a secret but apparently, my wife had gained two kilos just overnight.

* October 10th, 2006 North Korea and Japan

North Korea had the nuclear bomb test. Kim Jong-Il has become a clear threat to our planet’s peace in my mind. I am very worried about how the world will become as I see many incomprehensive murderous news on recent media.

I would like to present my own thought about how to stand up against these changes using my Hado philosophy as well as my background in studying international relations and my thesis of Korean War.

Japan and the Korean peninsula are physically very close but have been far from being friendly countries. This is similar to that non-resonance sound you get when you hit two keys on the piano right next to each other, or the saying that says all conflicts start from disagreements between brothers.

Japan and the Korean peninsula seem to be in that brother relationship. When we look at the history, Japan may have taken the older brother role and the Korean peninsula as the younger brother.

Usually, quarrels between brothers can create bigger frustration than quarrels between other people. The Korean peninsula has a history of invasion, not only from Japan but from other neighboring countries. However, Japan has been one of the main brothers to give it a hard time.

There were times when Japan has abused the country both physically and mentally that we may have engraved negativities in their DNA. Especially the measures Japan took when we occupied the land, to prohibit them from speaking their own language and even making the people change their names to Japanese names. I think that when we can understand that words are life, this was something that was not acceptable.
Since South Korea has become democratic and the economy has steadied, it seems that many people have consciously tried to push away that harsh, sad memory. However, I think that these negative feelings still remain in their subconscious and may bud out when their society itself turn more negative.

On the other hand, North Korea doesn’t even have democracy as part of their vocabulary. And the true form of the country is in the emergency of war. Therefore, I believe that the ruler of this country brings out the negativities of the people in distress and poverty towards Japan or its ally, the US, as the energy of destruction.

Therefore, the more the country finds itself in poverty and the leader tightens the grip on power, the people’s consciousness moves towards what the old Japanese had, the feeling of “don’t want any, until victory is ours”.

As our sensitivity has dulled because of the relative peace we have, this idea may be difficult to be reminded of or thought of. But as we once threw our lives for the country, so are the thoughts of the North Koreans currently.

The US may lead a sanction type of action in the UN now but I feel that we Japanese must look back to our own history and reflect upon it. And to those that have not lived through this history, we should tell these people what exactly happened deliver the hado of love and thanks to the North Koreans as well as its water.

This is a photograph of Paektu Mountain, a place that the Korean people have held sacred for ages. I hope you can all send the hado of love and thanks to the water in this photograph. The water that saw this image created such a beautiful crystal.

The law of Hado

* October 9th, 2006 Hado Scan seminar and briefing

Today was a holiday in Japan. I had a Hado Scan seminar and briefing at our Astrea seminar room in the afternoon. There were about 70 people that came and brought the energy level of my rare seminar in Japan up.

I spoke of my encounter with HadoScan as the result of my twenty years of research in water and Hado with passion.

Hello everyone. Thank you all for coming to the seminar on a holiday.
The title of this seminar is “HadoScan special seminar” with subheading of “the meaning of HadoScan in the human history”. You may think that this is too grand of a title. However, once the possibility and the true meaning of HadoScan is understood, I’m sure you will all accept this title.

Before explaining about the background of HadoScan, it is necessary to introduce what kind of work I am doing throughout the world.

I am not doing this to show off. The following is from the view point of learning how a normal man like Masaru Emoto came to be known as a messenger of peace by utilizing water and Hado as tools.

The big news last year is the official seminar at New York’s UN headquarters. There, I declared the start of EMOTO PROJECT, the project to provide children’s version of Message from Water to 650 million children around the world. I am convinced that I have to make this a reality.

I have conducted many seminars at different places and there have been many people that came to hear and resonate with my talk. I would receive moving standing ovations which have given me energy to keep on traveling throughout the world.

Not only seminars but I try to accept any invitation for interviews for TV or print materials.

Another important aspect is the start of International Hado Instructor School that started last year. The first one was held in June of 2005 in LA, then in Nov. and another one this time in Hawaii in February, New Jersey in June, Gold Coast, Australia in July and in Cancun, Mexico in August. We now have 152 International Hado Instructors. And the next one will be held from November 29th at Vienna in Austria. Hans Schindler, the developer of HadoScan, has been one of our regular speakers there too. I am hoping to introduce this machine as International Hado Instructors approved machine in to the world.

As a report on the progress of EMOTO PROJECT, I was able to distribute the children’s books to the children that attended the Children’s World Water Forum that was organized by UNICEF after my talk at the World Water forum in Mexico.

Later I had a chance to meet the president and the first lady of Colombia. And also a meeting with the first lady of Puerto Rico. So I have been welcomed in both places at a high level and the EMOTO PROJECT have been accepted that way too.
The Colombian version of the picture book is all ready too.

The German version is finished with Hans’ help.

We sent the book from Japan to South Africa too.

The water ceremony that we had at that time was very magical.
Ceremonies like this are held at many different places in the world.

In these ways, through seminars, International Hado Instructor School, EMOTO PROJECT, and water ceremonies, I am spreading the message throughout the world.

I have been traveling around the world since year 2000 but I was not expecting myself to have a role as this at that time. In these few years, this movement has been gaining its momentum. It’s true that I have been flustered by this development as well.

I have always asked myself, “why me?”
However, I recently realized that what I’m doing has some commonality to all and my peace movement is something that I, as a representative of public, not as a scientist or religious leader, can do.

So then, let’s look as my history to understand how I came to be.

You may have noticed from the history above that I do not have any specific background of religion, physics, or spirituality. My major in college was international relation but I was more involved in rugby that I was on the field running around rather than studying for the most parts.

The initial trigger for me to have this way of life and way of thought was my encounter with MRA. I needed a machine to make me wake up.

MRA was like a machine that opened up my third eye. With the gaining of this third eye, I was able awaken. The important thing to understand here is this “awakening” is not new ideas from outside but information that is already in the subconscious.

The possibility of the subconscious can be explained in these slides.

As Dr. Murakami says, our DNA is utilized only about 3% and the rest of 97% is still asleep.
In my case, by using the MRA, the subconscious that store most of our possibilities were awaken. In another words, I remembered these new information.

The MRA has many different codes, be it for body parts, different materials, and even emotions. I have conducted Hado counseling using this MRA and treated over 15,000 people. I would create personalized Hado water and have seen that water help to heal the people.

Especially for the emotional codes, there is an interesting episode. When I first started to use the MRA, I was not told from the developer that there were codes for emotions.

One day, I had a chance to council three people with leukemia in one day. From all three people, I picked up the code E030.

However, I was not able to find that code in my code book. I knew there was something behind this code so I picked up my phone and called the developer.

“Ah, you seem to be improving. I should now give you the codes for emotions then” he said. I was surprised to know that codes for emotions existed but with those codes in my hand, my technology for Hado measuring improved much more.

Through these counseling experiences, I became convinced of the reality of the MRA codes.
The fact that I received my philosophy and understanding of life from these Hado counseling, means that I have been receiving information by knocking on the clients’ life so to speak.

To learn the true meaning of what “life” is, we can make the following formula.

When we look at the Chinese character of “life”…

The bottom part means (to tap).
There is another way to read this character as well. It is read as “mikoto” as in the name of the old Japanese god, Ookuninushino mikoto.

And what does this “mikoto” mean? I think that it comes from the word, “mikotoba” (the words). When you think about it, there’s a familiar phrase too:

This is a passage from the Bible. There’s been similar understanding about the importance of words both in the west and the east.

Back to the MRA codes, I have never known the real meaning behind them. It was something that bothered me all the time.

But I had a feeling there was something to do with words.

This is because we can see the close connection between our body and words when we look at the o-ring test or other kinesiology type of work.

And this march, I came in contact with ETAScan, the origin of HadoScan which will solve my long time wonder.

This is a view from the HadoScan showing my energy level of my pancreas.

Then I entered the word, “aikansya” (love and thanks), and the energy level increased significantly.
I was moved by the strong power that this word has but at the same time, I realized a sad truth.

I have been around the world explaining to people about the importance of love and thanks, however, it was my pancreas that needed that thought of love and thanks. What this means is that I did not have enough love and thanks in me.

I made up my mind and have officially announced this lack in me to the world. This is my own confrontation to myself through HadoScan.

This episode in itself shows how HadoScan can be used as an educational, self-help tool.

IHM will be introducing this HadoScan but its feature to be able to visually show the energy level of body parts can be a double edged sword. It is easy for people to misunderstand this machine as a medical device. However, this is educational device.

Therefore, a training to use this machine is a necessity. These trainings will be held in this room, the Astrea seminar room.

HadoScan will work as a scale that the goddess Astrea holds.
There are many different alternative medicine in the world.

And this alternative medicine is all about “healing”. I’m sure the alternative medicine will be gaining its popularity.

But the bottom line is, as the old saying goes, “illness comes from the qi”, the ultimate healing can only come from each person’s consciousness. Illness is not something to heal but with the change in mind, will automatically heal itself.

Just like the water crystal photographs, HadoScan can teach us that consciousness = importance of words. When this happens, wouldn’t it make sense that there’s may be a deeper meaning to the human history?

* October 8th, 2006 Kifune Shrine in Kurama mountain

The day after the wedding, Mr. Hazaka, my wife, and I planned to go to Kurama temple and Kifune shrine where water god is installed. Both places are in the deep woods where not many tourist goes.

First, we took a car to the bottom of the Kurama mountain and took a cable car up. We climbed up about 300 meters. The photograph below is right when we got off the cable car.

From there, we had to go up hill and then a staircase of 100 steps. I decided to stay behind at that point, knowing my physical shape.

Mr. Hazaka and my wife went on farther to the temple on top of the hill. There was a wash area with a dragon.

She went to visit the Kurama temple for me.

Within the temple.

Mr. Hazaka walked for another one to visit the Kifune shrine.

After my wife came back down to the cable car station, we found a poster. This is where the real Kurama temple is written in. What it’s saying is that although it is a temple, it is not a real Buddhist temple but a temple for the Kurama faith. And that teaching is to learn from nature. This is exactly what I have been taught by water. I was very moved by this discovery.

At the gate

Tengu is famous in Kurama mountain. There was a statue of a tengu at the train stop.

My nose is pretty long too but…

Later, my wife and I went to visit Jyakkou-in. The original building was burnt down about two years ago but it was beautifully remade.

We met up with Mr. Hazaka at the Kifune shrine and received a formal blessing. This building was remade last year as well.

At the formal blessing. We declared our dedication to world peace to the water god.

We were able to visit Takai high priest afterwards. He knew about Message from Water well and welcomed us. We were able to hear interesting knowledge about water for about an hour.

There were many gifts from the emperor and his family in that room. I felt a strong connection with the emperor.

It was an encounter between the guardian of water god shrine and the water messenger that travels around the world. Takai and Emoto, we both have names that have connection with water.

I noticed towards the end that the emblem of this shrine was a hexagon.

The message board at the shrine explained that the name Kifune comes from the word that means the root of chi.

Water is the origin of all qi, Takahashi priest told us that the word origin in Japanese comes from that meaning.

* October 7th, 2006 Hama-chan’s Wedding

The photograph is the Yasaka shrine, a famous shrine in the middle of Kyoto in Gion area. Hamano, who used to be our staff and is now working independently from about a year and a half ago, is having his wedding here today. My wife and I have come here to attend his wedding.

Hamano, known as Hama-chan, has started IHM Planning (I gave the name). The main products that his company sells are the Hado Machines.

His wife, Yoko, is also working in the area with EM and Hado educational system. So they can be called a Hado couple in a way.

So there were many Hado friends that came to the wedding. On the left is Itagaki, the developer of Hado R and used to be one of our staff. The one on the right is Yoshinouchi from IHM Dolphin. He also is a Kazu-tama researcher.

I was the first one to say a word at the party. A talk at a wedding is much more difficult than speaking at a seminar.

The party kicked off with a toast by our president, Hazaka.

Congratulation from Mr. Seki of Wilmer. He used to be in IHM too.

Another word from Otake who used to be Hama-chan’s direct supervisor.

The bride’s friends performed a dance for us.

At the end, a word of thanks from Hama-chan’s mother. Since Hama-chan’s father passed away when he was four, his mother raised him and two siblings all by herself. She must have been very happy and proud. His mother had always been very understanding and supportive of Hado and that’s the reason why Hama-chan started working for me too.

Hama-chan had that serious look as he said his final thank yous. There were about 100 people that attended the celebration as we all wished the best to the newly weds.

I’m sure they will have a great family together. Congratulations!!

That night, having fun at Karaoke bar in Gion.

* October 4th, 2006 A visit by Ms. Yuriko Tuzuki

I returned back to Japan on October 2nd and the first guest I received was Ms. Yuriko Tuzuki. She is a model, health related speaker, and TV host.

She read my Message from Water about four years ago and was very moved by it. “I have always wanted to meet the author of this book. I’m very happy to have finally had that opportunity.” She said, making me smile.
Her appreciation and pureness made me feel good after negative news that I just heard from one of my staffs the day before. I was told that a teacher in Japan was forced to apologize by the education board for using Message from Water to teach the children about the importance of words in an ethics class.

There have been some attacks and criticism from parts of scientific and educational communities in Japan. I have always been short tempered that news like this really does challenge my patience. But when a person like Yuriko appears to support me, it helps to relieve my stress. And I try not to stay in Japan too long as I travel around the world for the world peace.

Yuriko had such a wonderful Hado with her. My wife noted, “She would be a good person to work on a project together.” I agree with her too. I think it will happen some day.

Yuriko, I was a little upset to have heard that negative news right after returning to Japan but thank you for coming to visit me at that time.

* September 29th, 2006 Louise Hay’s 80th birthday party

So, I’ve arrived at LA. I’m here to attend the founder of Hay House, Louise Hay’s 80th birthday party. I traveled 20,000 km in 24 hours just to say happy birthday to her.

The photograph bellow is with Ron, a Hado Instructor, who has offered to come to the party with me as a translator. He has a water crystal bumper sticker on his car. It says, “Happiness is … living in constant Love & Gratitude”. It is selling pretty well in the US right now.

The party was held at the Four Seasons in San Diego; about two hours drive from LA. Louise was at the entrance as she greeted each guest personally. I handed her my present for her.

Of course the present is a water crystal photograph.
We showed the title of her book to water.

As a leader in the spiritual world, she can feel the Hado of the photograph.

I was able to reunite with many people. This is Leon from Hay House Australia.

The president of Hay House, a modest person with wonderful Hado.

He wrote the endorsement for the American version of Communication of Water and Music.

With the famous author, Doreen Virtue.

I was finally able to meet Lee Carol.

I met Darren Weissman at the last Hay House convention in Toronto

Manfred, who initially introduced my book to Hay House was there as well.

And with Sonia Choquette, who I was with in Toronto as well. She will be visiting May next year so I hope we can do something together then.

The day wrapped up with some music and dance. It was a fun night!

The flight from Johannesburg to Frankfurt is 11 hours. From Frankfurt to Los Angeles is another 11 and a half hours. For young and healthy people, they may just do a transit in Frankfurt and go directly to LA but we don’t have that much energy anymore. We stayed over a night in Frankfurt and left for LA on the 28th. We flew over the Atlantic and over Greenland.

My wife took the photograph over Greenland from the plane. I was able to see the glaciers clearly from the high above.

With this global warming progressing, I wonder how fast these glaciers are melting. I wonder what kind of photograph will come out if I took a similar photograph next year.

Please enjoy some images from the sky on our way to LA. The photographer is of course, my wife, Kazuko.

His is over the Rockies.

This is the Salt Lake. The white parts are salt.
