* February 27th, 2006 Birthday week of the Emotos

I don’t mean to be too personal, but the birthday week of the Emotos began today. Today February 27 is Kentaro’s (my first son, 33 years old), after two-day interval, March 2 is Hiromasa’s (my second son, 30 years old), after two-day interval again, March 5 is Yoko’s (my eldest daughter, 36 years old), at intervals of 3 years. How beautiful. Is this designed by God?

I and my wife also are not good at making plans. All the results were in the course of nature. But thank god, my daughter’s first son was born on February 27, 2003.
Here is the list:

Father (I): July 22, 1943 (Cancer)
Mother (my wife): April 30, 1947 (Taurus)
First Daughter: March 5, 1970 (Pisces)
First Son: February 27, 1973 (Pisces)
Second Son: March 2, 1976 (Pisces)
Grand Son: February 27, 2003 (Pisces)

If there is someone that knows a lot about astrology, I would appreciate it if you could tell me what this family structure means in short. I think there must be some secret.

But this week was very tough for us when we were badly off. We couldn’t celebrate all the children’s birthdays at once. The children wanted the birthday party to be on their own birthday, naturally. Besides, before I knew it, they made it a rule to have a party at a restaurant. It was hard for my wife to make ends meet.

Of course the children have grown up and live separately. Yoko is in Amsterdam, Hiromasa is living in LA with his wife, and Kentaro is living with us. So they dispersed in the world in a balanced manner. That is very convenient for me to travel all around the world. I especially appreciate Kentaro being in Japan because he looks after the two cats and the house while we are abroad, which makes us relieved.

The two cats.

Of course I didn’t force them to live there. They chose their lives of their own free will. As a father, I feel happy as all my children help my work.

Yoko is now pregnant and stays at her house, but she had been the manager of Hado Publishing Europe for 5 years and devoted herself to spread my book “The Message from Water”. Her effort resulted in the success in Europe.

Hiromasa has lived in America for two years, and is the manager of Hado Publishing USA. I owe him much, too.
Kentaro is working for Hado Education, which my wife is running. He is a little shy and is still unmarried.

How happy and lucky I and my wife are. I could travel all around the world for world peace in such a tough schedule because of my family. Thank you, my children.

We are saying “Happy birthday!” to my grandson. On the left are Hiromasa and his wife.

* February 24th, 2006  Going to Kyoto

I went to Kyoto on 23 and 24 to have an interview with Mr. Hiroshi Nakahigashi, who is Gon-Guji of Kasuga Shrine, Mr. Ishii from Japan Personality Research Institute, and Mr. Itagaki from IHM Device for his internal magazine “The Mystery of Human Body”.

I met Mr. Hamano from IHM Planning, whose office is in Kyoto, and Mr. Narita from IHM HQ at my hotel. Mr. Hamano drove me to Kasuga Shrine in Nara. On arriving there, Ms. Tsuneko Narukage, who is a chief editor of monthly Hado magazine, was about to get out of a taxi. We went to the shrine office, looking at a herd of deer.

Gon-Guji or vise-chief priest Mr. Nakahigashi serializes an essay in monthly Hado magazine, so I thought I should pay a courtesy call on him. He advocates that God exist in Water and Nature from the standpoint of a priest of Kasuga Shrine that boasts of such a long history.
After about 2 hour interview, they served lunch to me.

Interview with the Vise-Chief Priest Mr. Nakahigashi

I enjoyed real Japanese food after a long interval. It was simple but really delicious. I was moved by the great food culture of Japan. Thank you Gon-Guji Nakahigashi.

Actually I enjoyed lunch in company with Ms. Sato and Ms. Hamada. Ms. Sato serializes the cultural history of Izumo in monthly Hado magazine. She introduced me to Gon-Guji Nakahigashi. Ms. Hamada, a friend of Ms. Sato’s, learned finger painting in China and now she is one of the most famous artists in the field. Her finger painting is really amazing, so I want to introduce her work in Hado magazine.

Next, I went to the office of Mr. Ishii of Japan Personality Research Institute in Okazaki, Kyoto. It was about ten years ago that I met him for the first time. He moved from Tokyo to Okazaki about a year ago. I saw him after an interval of four years. He was as fine and smart as ever.

This meeting was realized by Mr. Hamano, who became independent from IHM. When his mother got sick, he told me that he wanted to be independent and live with his mother in Kyoto. So I gave him independence and named his company IHM Planning.

In the evening, I asked Mr. Hamano if his business was going well. He said he was doing well enough to lead a normal life. I guess this is true, because he paid for the meal behind my back.

The next morning, Mr. Itagaki and two staff members from his company came to my hotel to interview me and gather material for an article in his magazine. He also was a staff member of IHM and now he manages IHM Device successfully. The company develops Hado devices like Hado-R, which is exported to America.
The interview was for his internal magazine “The Mystery of Human Body”.

I talked my jar off because he gave me a reward and there were two beautiful young ladies.

I’m happy to find younger people are doing well. I have given independence to IHM Trading, IHM Dolphin, IHM Resonance, IHM Tech and IHM Design. I look forward to being treated to dinner or something by them. As it means their success and leads to world peace. So I hope it will be one of my entertainments for my old age.

* February 17th, 2006  The 3rd Hado instructor school

The 3rd Hado Instructor School that was conducted in Hilo, Hawaii had been concluded today.

A beautiful rainbow welcomed our staff and instructors from Japan when they flew in to Honolulu.

We had 32 participants this time, 7 from Japan, 18 from the US, 3 from Australia, and one each from Switzerland, South Africa, Brazil, and India. So now, we have 92 Hado instructors in total. They represent 12 countries, including Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Puerto Rico, and China (Hong Kong). We are becoming quite an international bunch.

Please see the pictures below to get an idea of the event. I was moved throughout the seminar this time since I am realizing that what I am hoping for is starting to take its shape. And what I’m hoping for is the following:

at the Hado instructor school

Zazen meditation lead by Rev. Matsumura

seminar by Rev. Matsumura

seminar about the advancement of water research in Europe by Rasmus from Liechtenstein laboratory.

seminar on Koshintoism by Mr. Sato from Heiwadojo, Heitate shrine

seminar by our special guest, Dr. Horowitz

on my left is Ikuyo Koinuma from San Francisco,
she is a Hado Instructor from the first school

She had gone to visit Africa recently and brought me back the t-shirt that I was wearing in this picture. Since I knew ASANTE SANA, written on the t-shirt meant thank you in Swahili, I told her so. She was very surprised to hear this and said “nobody I knew knew the meaning to this word. How do you know this?”
“We have had that word as one of our thank you water crystals before.” I answered.
Then, Tumaini, one of the students came over and said “that is the language of my husband’s country.” Little things like that make me realize how international we are and give me great hope.

We had Japanese tea during the break

Mr. Hazaka’s exciting seminar

On the right is Bree, one of the instructors from the first school

She was the one that voluntarily cooked breakfast, lunch, and for the dinner at the party with the help of Bryan and other people. She saw the lack of service the hotel was providing due to the sudden change in its management that she took the initiative to do what she can do. Because of her, we were able to enjoy delicious home cooked food as our hearts converged to one. The MVP for this Hado Instructor school goes to you Bree. Thank you!

The last hour and a half was for Q&A to all the lecturers

group picture at the hotel garden

We finished everything off with a chanting of the Grand Invocation to pray for peace

Now that the technology of internet is available, we are now able to present and receive real information. I welcome this fact since this can be the way to let light in to our humanity. This is because information is energy and it has to be traded freely.

The information up until now tends to be created and controlled by the powerful for their advantage. This in consequence have created environmental deterioration, low human characteristics, increase number of terrorism, and the bigger gap between the have and have-nots. This overall imbalance in energy has been creating natural disasters such as earthquake, hurricane, global warming, and many more to our future.

However, once information can freely be exchanged, there may be more evil forces that are conspiring to use this to their advantage.

Thus, even if there are new advancements in technology, the important thing is the balance of people that ware utilizing this technology. In another words, it is the balance between the numbers of angels vs. devils.

Dr. Higa who is famous for his EM technology, have once taught me that the 10% of bacteria is negative, 10% of bacteria is positive, and the rest of the 80% is opportunitists. Therefore, if there’s even 1% more of negative bacteria in ourselves, the rest of the 80% will turn negative and we can end up with a grave illness.

Because I believe in the law of similarity, I believe that this can be applied to the human society as well. So, if we can assure that the 10% of our world population is angel like, we can bring about peace full of love and gratitude.

The currently world population is about 6.5 billion. That 10% is 650 million. This is at the base of the reason why I have declared to create 650 million copies of children’s version of Message from Water at the United Nation last May 26th. We have printed 10,000 copies of sample version and are passing them along in the world currently. In ten years, I am hoping that we will have more angels than devils on this earth.

And the Hado Instructors are the number one supporters and friends that will work together in realizing this goal. I am hoping for 6500 instructors in total, the calculation of one to 1,000.000 people.

So the number one year of the ten years plan to bring peace had started off very well. I am looking forward to the rest of the exciting journey.

Of course, what I ask of the Hado Instructors are not only to help distribute the children’s books. We are looking for people like below to work together with us. We are planning on our next Hado Instructor school from June 13th to 18th in New York. Let us come together at the foot of the Statue of Liberty!

We are looking at fifty people capacity this time but in order to plan in ahead, we are accepting application even at this moment. Please contact the site below for more information:

Japanese : http://hado.com/event/page.htm
English:http://hado.net/hado_instructional_school.html

With the premise that this is solely for those that would like to contribute something to the world peace, we are looking at:

  1. One that will spread the idea about HADO through the images of water crystals and its ideas to the people around the world.
  2. One that will support the WPWP, the project to provide 650 million copies of children’s version of Message from Water to the children in the world. (Coordination of publishing, distribution, sponsorship, and donation per different countries).
  3. One that is looking for network and community to share your HADO techniques, and thoughts (including all existing healing practices.) that you already possesses.
  4. One that is in research of free energy technology and is looking for a place to conduct that type of research with like minded people.
  5. One that has the ability to become a coordinator for adoption of HADO technology to different industries.
  6. One that would like to spend time researching about water in a professional setting.
  7. One that is in need of networks and test market for spreading the idea of what the society may call metaphysical subjects.
  8. One that is seeking a new career using Hado ideas.
  9. One that is currently in publishing and editing industry and would like to create members’ magazine for Hado membership, or any other publishing activities.
  10. One that is hoping to introduce one’s own Hado products.
  11. One that is purely curious about what HADO is all about.
  12. One that is hoping to add Hado-ish technology and philosophy to one’s own organization.
  13. Any others that are hoping for the world peace and would like to do something for that purpose.

* February 12th, 2006  from Amazon

Amazon, as many of you may know, is one of the biggest internet bookselling sites. I often go to their site to check on how my book is being taken by the people. Through that, I understand that the reviews split in both ways.

The English version of Hidden Message in Water was published in April of 2004. Since then, there have been 114 reviews posted on the site. This is about the average number of reviews a book in the top 20 rankings is receiving. Even though it’s been about 22 months since the publishing of this book, there still are reviews posted up every once in a while. Just like the Japanese version (currently in the 30th print), it appears to become a long seller.

So, since I had some time today, I did a little research on the content of the reviews.

You can understand how the reviews are split from the analysis below.

One star (bad book) 27 reviews
Two stars (boring book) 9 reviews
Three stars (ok book) 8 reviews
Four stars (good book) 15 reviews
Five stars (great book) 55 reviews

I think it’s rare that a book creates such a split in reviews. I don’t have enough English skill to completely understand what is written in all the reviews but I can more or less feel their Hado so I take a peak at the review once in a while. This time, I came across a review that I felt had a good Hado so I had my assistant translate it for me. The review was a very thoughtful one so I wanted to share this review to those of you that come here to read this diary. Here is the review that was posted on January 2nd under the Amazon review of The Hidden Message in Water by G. Korbel of New York:

Not only is the universe stranger than we believe..., January 2, 2006
it is stranger than we can imagine..." so suggested America's last Renaissance man, Issac Asimov.

Masaru Emoto clearly subscribes to this proposition, and while no doubt incurring the wrath of many who kneel at the alters of those twin deities, Rationalism and Scientific method, he has authored a book and expoused theories which place him in pretty heady company: Arrhenius who was given many trips to the woodshed for suggesting that atoms were composed charged particles when it was heresy to suggest that atoms were anything but indivisible; Hans Alfven, the father of galaxy-scale plasma dynamics, who was derided for decades for suggesting what is now a given concerning solar physics: the idea that plasma physics is of equal or greater importance than gravity;

Subrahmanyan Chandrasekhar who was fairly driven out of England by his colleague Eddinton in 1930 for positing the exisence of black holes--a notion which ultimately brought other scientists a Nobel prize.

The, too, there was C.J. Doppler, infamous in 1842 for identifying the effect now named after him; William Harvey who postulated the ludicrous notion that blood circulated through the human body; Galileo, Karl Gauss (the father of Non-Euclidian Geometry), Lister who advanced the concept of sterilization, and Marshall who believed stomach ulcers were not caused by acid but by h. Pylori bacteria.

We could conclude this far-from-all inclusive list with my personal favorite among demonized scientific trailblazers,
Ignaz Semmelweis, who eventually died in an asylum for expousing the ridiculous notion that the simple act of handwashing by examining physicians and nurses could stop puerperal fever, a virulent disease that killed large numbers of new mothers.
Well, I'm sure you get the point.

Now, we have water that thinks, or, at least, water that reflects in its structure thought patterns--a substance that florishes to Bach and Handel but that languishes if subjected to Metallica.

This notion, not surprisingly, violates some of our most fundamental, common-sense beliefs concerning nature. However, it would seem not such a vast leap of faith to assume that water could be affected in some way by human thought just as red blood cells were found by Braud, Davis, and Wood in 1988 to undergo a decreased rate of hemolysis when 32 volunteers visualized protection of the cells. (This result was far greater than would be expected by chance, p<.00002--two in one hundred thousand.)

Emoto has given the reader who can apply William James' "willful suspension of disbelief" a facinating and uplifting read. His thought-provoking photographs seemingly possess the power to elicit either disdain or a sense of astonishment and empowerment, depending on one's core beliefs.

As a final note, there are two mistakes we can make with respect to extrordinary claims: we can believe everything we hear or we can believe nothing. The middle path of the aformentioned "willful suspension of disbelief" would often seem the most intellectually honest position.

Finally, there are many gems to be mined from this little book that at the very least can become the impetus to reflect on the timbre of our thoughts and the effects they may have on our own wellbeing and that of the universe beyond our own skin.

I would remind those who toss down the book disdainfully that discovery is not the sole provence of the scientist brandishing the talisman of the double-blind experiment. "The heart hath reasons that reason knoweth not".

Masuro Emoto may be at the threshold of a better understanding of human consciousness as it weaves its tapestry with the natural world--or he may simply be an overzealous spiritual pilgrim using water as his own personal Rorschacht test.

Time, perhaps, will tell but give this guy credit for original thinking.

* February 9th, 2006  Honolulu seminar

Rytwin was the one that drove us from the airport to the hotel when we arrived at Honolulu. He told me a very interesting story in the car.

He was at my Kauai seminar last year and also attended the prayer service by the beach the next day. After the ceremony, he and his friend stayed behind for a while. And just about 10 minutes after we all left, he told us that about 80 whales showed up as if to say thank you for conducting the ceremony. He told us how moving that experience was.

Unfortunately, they did not have a camera so they were not able to take photographs but there were four of them there and all of them saw this phenomenon.

So I opened up my computer and looked for the photograph from a year ago. And there he was, Rytwin was right in the middle of the crowd praying.

the yellow shirt in the middle is Rytwin

I felt goose bumps on my skin and was not able to speak for a while.

That night I was invited to a reception hosted by people who are researching about Scalar waves.

With the people at the reception a night before the seminar.
The host that night was Dr. Sandra, a woman on my left.
She came up with a unique healing system using Scalar wave ideas.

There were about 40 people there. Since it was in Honolulu, about half of the people were Japanese. Within the small crowd was a famous Japanese American actor, Cary Tagawa as well. He has been in The Last Emperor and Memoirs of a Geisha, as well as countless other movies. He is like the Sesshu Hayakawa of the modern times.

With Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa, a famous actor.
He was recently in the movie Memoirs of a Geisha

There often are receptions like this in the US. The reception is carried out somewhat differently from Japan as this type of party is there for the local people to meet different guests.

So, the seminar that was held at the Japanese Culture Center, the same place as the year before. There, our Hado Instructor from the very first session, Bryan Toda, came to see us with some beautiful lays.

Bryan Toda, a Hado Instructor and a resident of Honolulu came to see us with lays.

He helped us with taking care of distribution of the children’s version of Message from Water. There’s nothing happier than to have friends and supporters like him at seminar venues to help out. Today’s seminar went well as usual. This has wrapped up our four Hawaiian islands seminar series. We had a small party at a bar with him that night to close our seminar tour.

There were about 400 people at the seminar.
This wraps up the five seminars within Hawaii.

* February 7th, 2006  Maui Seminar

on the plane from Hilo to Maui we were able to see the Mt. MaunaKea.
The famous observatory was clearly visible too.

Before the evening seminar, the Wardolf School asked me to speak at their school. I had spoken at the same place a year ago as well. Just like last year, the hall was filled with students, teachers, and parents. And just as last year, the day started off with the younger children’s welcoming Japanese songs.

Just like last year, the children welcomed me with a song of “Haru no ogawa” and “Sakura”.

For 45minutes, I talked to the children about the importance of words, effectiveness of music, and talking about consciousness and images on water. After that, I was able to hand the children’s version of Message from Water from the first 10,000 copies that we printed to all the children there.

We presented 200 copies of the children’s version of Message from Water to the school.
The children were all very happy.

I am planning to visit schools like this in different parts of the world for the next ten years. So today was that historical first day of the series to follow. I will not forget this February 7th of 2006.

That evening, we had a seminar at the Tropical Plantation, the same place as last year. There, an unexpected person came to see me. Ukwala, the Native American shaman that we met in October at Sedona came to see me. He is a person that goes around not only in the US but throughout Japan and Europe to tell the people about the prayers of water that he learned from his ancestors. He will be at the World Water Forum in Mexico City as well. I admire his mobility and dedication.

Ukwala sat in the very front during the seminar.
He was the first one to stand up and give me a big applause after the seminar.
He will be at Mexico too.

* February 4th, 2006  Dr. Len Horowitz

I went to stay at Dr. Horowitz’s place which is located about 40minutes away from Hilo yesterday. Dr. Horowitz is a scientist that has focused on public health issues in universities such as Harvard and have been discussing about the danger of vaccination, the manmade theory of AIDS and many other sensitive issues.

I first met him in November of 1999 at a symposium organized by Dr. Lee Lorenzen. I think we were just introduced briefly at that time so I did not remember him too well but he came to see me at my seminar in Hilo last year again. There, he gave me his book, DNA: Pirates of the Sacred Spiral (By Leonard G. Horowitz Tetrahedron, LLC).

My wife and I, along with my assistant Ayano and a Hado Instructor, Andrew, decided to go visit him while we stayed in Hilo this time. Andrew was in the middle of moving from Kona to Hilo but since he had interest in Dr. Horowitz so we invited him to come. His presence was very helpful since he did a great job translating his talk.

Our conversation was about two hours long so I will not share the content of it here but we will try to share it in our April issue of HADO magazine (we are planning to have some of the content be available in English from April).

One thing that I can say is that we both believe that water is where the truth lies and to discover that truth is one of the most important missions. And also, to look into and research about what is thought to be a taboo in the society.

These things are written in his latest book Walk on Water (to be published in about two months). He was generous enough to give me a copy of his manuscript there. Andrew may translate this in Japanese and Dr. Horowitz have given me permission to take care of its publishing in Japan.

By the way, the symposium that I spoke at in LA on January 21st was titled “Walk on Water” as well. I feel that the speed of synchronicity has been increasing everyday.

Dr. Horowitz’s property that we stayed is in construction to create a space of health and healing. If you come across his website or his book and find yourself resonating with his ideas, I would recommend you to visit his place sometime.

* February 1st, 2006  Kauai seminar

The seminar Kauai was organized by Kimba who organized the seminar last year as well. She is a sound healer and a musician. She was just on a tour with the famous alternative medicine practioner, Dr. Andrew Weil

at the reception night before the seminar

I met Carrie and Mary at the reception.
They came all the way from Oahu.
Mary on the right gave me a great massage.

with Kimba, the organizer of the seminar.

the two came to the seminar with beautiful dresses.
Carrie on the left is a designer and they were both her design.

As usual, my seminar started after a musical offering by Kimba. I started the talk by introducing the cloud erasing game. I had tried it that morning by the beach in front of the hotel and was successful in erasing the largest cloud that I’ve ever tried.

At the beach where I tried the cloud erasing game

I had experienced the first cloud erasing game at Sedona 15 years ago. It was a mysterious event but with this experience, I was able to understand that water can respond to prayers I recommend you to try it some time, I bet you’ll come across a new finding and maybe a hint into our hidden abilities. This is how you do it:

Chose a right sized cloud

Say “the cloud had been erased, thank you very much” out loud in past tense. Put your hands together and follow the rim of the cloud with your eyes imaging a pure beam of light like a lazar is coming out. And wait of the cloud to fade.

This game was introduced by an English healer, Betty Shine, in her book “Spiritual Healing”. There were already about ten people that knew about this game in Kauai too.

According to her, you should not try too hard so try it without thinking too hard.
