Cloud Game |
On a one fine day in Liechtenstein, we were strolling near the RhineRiver, and we tried to do the 'Clearing Cloud Game' which we had not done in a while. In a book that I published 10 years ago called 'Humanics of Hado', I wrote about the Clearing Cloud game that goes like this: When it was about 50 km away from Sedona, Mr. N, the CEO who sat in the front seat of a rented car suddenly said, “Mr. Emoto, can you see that little cloud over there? Please watch it carefully. I am going to make it disappear”. Mr. K, the CEO, and I were watching the cloud with doubt. But when 1 minute passed away, the cloud started to change its form, and it got smaller and smaller. In 5 minutes, it was complete gone. We asked him, “What!? What is going on?” and he said: “There is a book by Ms. Betty Shine called ‘Spiritual Healing’ and she says that ‘If you direct your mind in a positive way and open up your mind (heighten the energy of your mind), in the vast unseen world, we can extract energy from the unlimited reservoir that is behind this world of reality’. Then, there were many ways to test and nourish this ability, and this ‘Clearing Cloud Game’ was one of them. Four main tips for this game are:
Interestingly enough, if you do not doubt in any sense that this exercise will work, it always works. Ms. Shine says that ‘there is undeniably a clear connection with affirmative behavior and success / negative behavior and failure’.” I have repeated this exercise many times, and I gained a title as the ‘Clearing Cloud Man’. I was very good at making the cloud disappear. However, in the last 5 years I was very busy, so I did this after a long interval of time. As I expected, the cloud did disappear. Please take a look at the pictures below. |

Ichikura-kai Seminar |
Because of the jet lag, I woke up at 3:00 in the morning and in the end, I went to the office that day without falling back to sleep. Since I was away from the office for 2 weeks, there were certainly many arrangements to be made, and many documents to be read. However, I had to rush through this, because I was scheduled to get on the 11:50 bullet train to Kyoto for the Ichikura Society Management seminar. (Who came up with this schedule, it is killing me! …Oh, it was me) Ichikura Society is a gathering of managers who respect and support a former charismatic management consultant, Sadamu Ichikura. It is a circle formed by interesting and wonderful people. So even though I was physically tired, 2 hours flew by in a blink, and it seemed that everybody gave me some healing energy. For the reception dinner, we had a toko-meal (where we eat and drink in the open air, near a river) by the KamoRiver. This was my very first experience. There was a refined atmosphere, and the food and the drink were wonderful. Moreover, I had opportunities to speak with everyone about various things, so I was very glad that they invited me today. Basically, at societies like this where they respect and support ‘so and so’, people are strongly united, which creates a nice ambience. Everyone was resonating to this one respected leader in the center. The theme for today’s seminar was ‘Imagination is the source of Creation’, and I talked about my experience in Liechtenstein with newly developed images. I was a little worried about how managers might react to words like ‘prayer’, ‘love’ and ‘thanks’, but there were no sense of unease. I imagine that there was something similar in Mr. Ichikura’s teachings. Through this journey to Kyoto, I felt that lately, more and more people are accepting the ideas of hado (vibration). |

Liechtenstein |
My computer has been causing a problem lately, so I could not post any diary entries until now. I apologize for those who visited this homepage several times. Yesterday, I left from ZurichAirport and safely came back to Japan, so I would like to give you a quick report. First of all, for the events that I described in the diary entry on the 13th, we faced no problem and it ended with a lot of success. Details will be posted by Mr. Yasuyuki Nemoto, who is in charge of Love and Thanks Project (which is found in the content of this homepage) so instead, I would like to tell everyone what I felt through this event. As one of the expressions that I often use at seminars, there is a phrase that goes ‘Imagination links to creation’. This is what the ceremony was exactly about. When I heard that the RhineRiver runs nearby our institute, this plan flashed in my mind, and I imagined scenes where we gather water from worldwide, mix them all into one, and pour it back to the RhineRiver. Since we went to the actual site, the image was vividly engraved in my mind. Even though that was 3 months ago, when I told this plan to my staff and when Mr. Nemoto, who works as the officer of Love and Thanks Project, posted this information on the homepage, it was June 18th, only 1 month and a week left until that day. However, Mr. Nemoto truly understood the vision I pictured in my mind, meaning that he was able to imagine on the same level that I did. So he wrote up a convincing planning statement with pictures on the homepage. He typed up a lot of writing both in Japanese and English, so I imagine that it took some pains to finish this on time, but he came up with a great document (Please refer to the homepage posted on June 18th). Therefore, my imagination and Mr. Nemoto’s ability to imagine resonated, and with that, we created and posted the blueprint on the internet. In the end, even though we only had about a month, we received so much water which was more than what we expected, and there were over 150 people who directly brought the water and joined the ceremony. Of course, on this day, there were many other people from different places who participated in one way or another. So we would say that all these people, including us, became ‘image friends’. In that sense, it is important to tell others about your image in a specific way. Thus, for this event, Mr. Nemoto’s and my image resonated well, which reached everyone, and we were able to attain a fabulous success. Mr. Nemoto, I would like you to keep up with your great work. And at last, I would like to thank Ms. Ruth Joy, who joined us last year in Israel, and helped us out as volunteers by coming here a week early from Arizona, U.S.A. Ms. Joy, your lead to the Thanks to Water Ceremony was just amazing. |
■ Tuesday, Jul 13, 2004 Once
again in Liechtenstein |
From yesterday I left Japan, and I am here in Liechtenstein again. This one week will be a time for me to write and relax. My wife who flew with me went to Amsterdam, and she will join me on the 15th with my daughter's family. On the 19th, Mr. Otake, Mr. Nemoto, and Mr. Kizu will arrive from Tokyo. They are here to support the Ceremony of Love and Thanks to Water on the 25th. Mr. Nemoto and Mr. Kizu came to Liechtenstein for the very first time, so this will also be an important meeting with Rasmus in order to discuss the matters of business affairs and arrangements. When I went to the office today, there were already 20 bottles of water from all over the world which were sent just for this ceremony. We will mix all this water into one, send feeling of love and thanks, and then put it back to the RhineRiver nearby. It was a just small notice through the homepage, but I was very happy to find so many bottles of water. There are about 10 more days until the 25th, so we will probably gather about 30 bottles. At this moment, 2 bottles of water from Japan, 15 from the U.S.A., and 1 each from Canada, Portugal, France, and Leone is what we have. Now that the institute seems to be getting small, we rented another room in the basement of the same building. We are also planning to move the fridge cells to this room. When they come for next week, there is a lot of physical labor to be done. |
■ Saturday, Jul 10, 2004 Dinner
with Mr. & Mrs. Tatsumura |
Since I truly wanted to present the film, Gaia Symphony No. 5 for the event in November, I called Tatsumura Jin Office and got an appointment for today from 18:00 at a restaurant near Mr. Tatsumura's place. I was about to leave Japan for 2 weeks starting from next Monday, so I asked them 2 days ago if we would meet today, and the request was miraculously fulfilled. And, what's more, it was a dinner with Tatsumura Family and Mr. & Mrs. Emoto. This is the second time to chat with Mr. Tatsumura. For the first time, the editor of PHP Institute, Tatsuya Okubo introduced us, and I believe that was about 6 years ago. Unlike me, Mr. Tatsumura never drinks, but just in that 2 hours, we completely got along. This was because during the two hours, the topic of the conversation centered on rugby, which was the sport we played in college. He is 3 years older than me, and was a rugby player in KyotoUniversity, while I was a rugby player in Yokohama-shiUniversity. So Mr. Tatsumura's level was higher, but we got into talking about our position as the backs, and for the whole 2 hours, we discussed mostly about rugby. This is why I call him Tatsumura-senpai (a title for respecting older people within circles and organizations). About an year ago, Mr. Tatsumura's wife, Ms. Yukari came to my office with Ms. Susan Osborn, so my wife and I both knew her. I remember at that time that her stomach was getting large and that the baby was due in October of that year. Mr. Tatsumura is 3 years older, and I remember thinking that I wish I didn’t drink as much. Since then, I met him here and there, but we never fixed an appointment, so this was perhaps a talk we had for the first time in 6 years. However, the day after the appointment was scheduled, meaning just yesterday, I received an email from a supporter in America, Ms. Yasuko Campbell, and I was surprised yet again by the synchronism. Dr. Emoto, For the seminar in September at the UN, with Susan's mediation and Mr. Watanabe of UN Japan club's assistance, we were introduced to Dr. Kazuko Tatsumura, and we decided to have Dr. Tatsumura as our interpreter. You may be acquainted with Dr. Tatsumura, who uses ki (chi) and energy to heal others. I am going to meet her at the UN tomorrow... Then, while I was away on a trip, my secretary, Mr. Nemoto gave me additional explanation with regards to this mail. Dear Dr. Emoto and Ms. Yasuko Campbell, Ms. Yasuko Campbell, thank you for your kind and continuous assistance. My intuition (with 95% certitude?) tells me that Dr. Kazuko Tatsumura, even though I do not know her directly (I have seen her at events, but I am sure she does not remember me), is Mr. Tatsumura's sister. On the weekend around July 25th, Ms. Kazuko Tatsumura holds an event called 'Sunrise of Compassion' at Mt.Fuji's Gogome. At an event on July 28th 2002, I also participated as one of the members. In this event, Ms. Susan Osborn sang a song for us, and Mr. Tatsumura held a talk as well. As one of the events, there is always a flag ceremony that prays for world peace, and my friends are involved in this as volunteers. There is an article in Goi Peace Foundation homepage which describes
the event on 2002. Also, this year's 'Sunrise of Compassion'
will take place on July 24th and 25th because it is the weekend. Furthermore, Takashi Kubo, who is the officer of the 'Sunrise of Compassion', was present on April 4th at Akaba for Jose Arguelles' solo seminar, and I was introduced to him through a friend, so I am acquainted with him now. Ms. OT from Hawaii has been good friend of mine for 4 years and lives in Honolulu. She knows Ms. Kazuko Tatsumura very well. With Nakagawa Kiko (Shinkiko ? a true ki energy flow), Ms. OT has connections to Goi Peace Foundation and I think this is how they knew each other. As shown in the homepage below, Ms. Tatsumura also practices Nakagawa
Kiko. As a side note, Ms. OT is the woman who said 'Tell hi to Mr. Nemoto' (and Dr. Emoto told me about this.) ***** Ms. Campbell may not know this, but on the weekend of November 27th -28th, Peace Water Festival (tentatively named) with the sponsor of IHM, will take place as a 2-day event in Tokyo. We are planning to show Gaia Symphony No. 5 at the venue. So Dr. Emoto is going to meet with Mr. Tatsumura this Saturday, July 10th to decide on this matter (even though things are still up in the air). We are going to contact Dr. Ervin Laszlo who appears in Gaia Symphony no. 5 and we will negotiate to have him participate in this event. If possible, we want to have the director talk with him on this day. I want you to keep in mind that most of these things are still not fixed, but because so many things are synchronizing, I just wanted to let you know. The matters concerning Mr. Tatsumura and Dr. Laszlo,
and Mr. Emoto's appointment, took its course just as of yesterday. I was just astonished, but I was sure that this dinner with Mr. & Mrs. Tatsumura will bring successful progress not just with the issue of screening Gaia Symphony, but with something more. And this was how it turned out. As a result, I gained full support from Mr. & Mrs. Tatsumura for the event in November and if possible, they promised us that they will introduce people who took part in Gaia Symphony. Now, it will be interesting to see how this will develop. I guess people cannot take their eyes off this homepage for now. Please wait with anticipation. |

Training Seminar in Mimasaka-cho, Okayama
|
This time, I was on a trip to Okayama from yesterday afternoon. It is approximately three and a half hours train ride with the bullet train. At Okayama station, there was the one of the sponsor and chief priest of the Buddhist temple, Mr. Ogata, who devoted so much effort to invite me as the guest, waiting for us. The venue was at a cultural center in Tuyama-shi which is about one and a half hours away. I know him pretty well; not only did he come to my office to make arrangements, but he also attended the seminar in Okayama-shi a month ago which Mr. Kimoto from LTC hosted. He is a young chief priest of Shingon Kegon Temple, just 30 years old or so, but he is pretty passionate, so it seems that he greatly persuaded the older and respected members of the chief priests in order to hold my seminar today. Shingon-Sect's Mimasaka Training session was taking place for its 21st time, and it was a big event for which 1,000 supporters attended. Since this is an organization so large, it is not hard to imagine that there were some troubles for inviting a person like me. From what I heard in the conversations with the elders at the yesterday's reception, I learned that this training session was to take place with unprecedented innovative plans, so I once again strongly felt my responsibility. My talk in the cultural
center that really included 1,000 supporters was well received in the
end. After it was over, the expression
on the executives'
faces seemed relieved, and Mr. Agata's face particularly looked
happy, so I also felt the continuous fatigue from my busy schedules
vanishing
away. In November, there will be another seminar in front of
the Tendai Education and Research directors, which seems nerve-wracking,
but I
guess I don't need to worry so much anymore. |
■ Wednesday, Jul 7, 2004-2 Meeting
for Peace
Water Festival
|
After the seminar in Toka-machi, we immediately came
back to Tokyo with the bullet train. This was because I was calling people
for a meeting
from 16:00 as it is described below. June, 2004 To whom it may concern Masaru Emoto We are heading towards another hot summer, but
I hope you are all doing fine. Also, I would like to thank you all
for your great understanding
and support of hado (vibration), water, and theory which I recurrently
propose. As many of you may already have heard, "Messages from
Water" which has been published 5 years ago in 1999 June, is progressing
amazingly well throughout the world. It is published into 19 languages
and has
not yet lost its momentum. Especially after 9.11, the power inside people's minds who wish for peace is stronger than ever, and many seek "water" as the key word. My "Messages from Water" came out at a right moment as if it was there to heal that thirst. I even received a title as the "peace messenger of water". At first, I thought I was not capable of that, so I went around informing others simply about the results from the pictures of water crystals. However, the moment I saw the event of 9.11 live on TV, I had an assured sense of "missionary for peace". Since then, the background theme of the slides from powerpoint shifted to one that calls for peace. That is not only seminar lectures, and as the core of "Project of Love and Thanks to Water", it started to include concrete activities such as "Prayer to Water" ceremonies in various places. Through these activities, I believe that my attitude brought deep understanding and resonance from people, and that we are creating the "hundredth monkey phenomenon" around the globe. Especially from this April to May, the first U.S.A. Seminar Tour ended in a success. As a result, I have received the United Nations request to do a seminar which will be hosted by United Nations for their staffs on September 17th. So I once again felt my awareness as the missionary and found this particularly bracing. From the circumstances that has surrounded me lately, I started to think that at last we should also start up activities in Japan, and gain support from all of you who are here in Japan. As the first country that was attacked by atomic bomb, we should hold an assembly that envisions eternal world peace and send it to the world. So here is a suggestion to you. I propose this to organizations and people who have been calling for the earth and humankind's peace, and who has continued to devotedly provide this service for long. We should all unite to become one, gain support from many citizens, and create a huge delegation that fulfills this aim. I have produced some ideas for
the plan in another document. For now, please look at what is written
below. If I have
the blessing
for this
purpose, I would like to ask you to join the preparatory
committee for this big event. I understand many of
you are busy and there
is not a
lot of time left. If you cannot make it, a delegate
that serves your interest is welcome as well. Please take
time to ponder
on this matter. Concerning the procedures of management, we will basically have the office at our place and we will organize it, but I still want to have "Water Peace Festival Preparatory Committee" to be the main sponsor. In all bases, I am also thinking about creating an organization that further deals with peace activities, so if you would like to join without putting too much thought in organizations, that would be wonderful. Furthermore,
in another document, there is a list of well-known people and scholars
to whom we sent requests to participate in this event,
but if you have any other suggestions of people, please give us some
recommendations.
Thank you. Candidates who may be joining this event (omitting
titles): In response to this, there were about 30 people who attended the meeting, and this is how the conference went on. At the end, we all decided to make a big success out of this event. July 7th 2004 16:00-
People who raised their hands: In all, I was especially and unexpectedly impressed by Mr. Shichida who came all the way from Shimane Prefecture and volunteered to be the preparatory committee member even though he is very busy. On the 16th, we will have the very first preparatory committee meeting to decide on specific points, and I will update things on the homepage each time, so please look forward to it. Also, anybody who wants to take part in
this event is very welcome, so please contact us through email or telephone. |

National Snow Summit
|
From yesterday afternoon, we were in Toka-machi in Niigata prefecture. For today, there was the 7th National Snow Summit that took place, and I was invited as the guest speaker for a keynote address from 10:00 in the morning. We decided to spend some relaxing time with my wife at a hotel that was attached to a hot spring, so we went to the hotel which someone from the city reserved for us. Surprisingly, it was exactly the place where I held a 2-day seminar one and a half years ago, with an invitation from the local Hairdressing Association and the EM group. At that time, I was the only one that stayed there, but it was a nice resort hotel with a golf course and hot spring that Toden and Kagoshima Construction Cooperation developed. Since I really liked this place, I was telling my wife that we should go there sometime. Now, we have been married for 36 years, but for the first time, we took a bath in what is known as the 'family bath tub' made out of Hinoki (Japanese cypress) because it was cheap. Then, we had a fantastic dinner concerning the price for it. Afterward, my wife found a karaoke room and told me that she wants to hear me sing, since she has not heard it in a while. So it was 'showtime'. But actually, this was not so fun. I felt it myself, but my wife told me that my singing got worse. Hmm, I wonder why this is. My voice doesn't come out the way it used to. It made me think that 'well, I guess you have to go to the karaoke regularly in order to keep up with it'. I haven't been around bars lately, and now that karaoke isn't much of a fun, I felt a little sad about it all. But I have a stage called seminar. Especially now, I have chances to speak at seminars more or less 100 times a year, in and out of Japan. Thus, Masaru Emoto, you cannot have everything you desire. You shall put your energy into seminars from now on. I'm taking this as a message from god, so I will declare to quit karaoke. Now, the National Snow Summit which took place the next day was a big event with long history and support from the nation and various towns. I am such a lucky person to be able to do a seminar at such a large stage. As I greatly appreciated the crystals of snow for giving me this chance, I proposed to everyone "Let's think of the messages ourselves". Then, I got a huge applause of sympathy and understanding from 250 participants who came from areas with heavy snowfall. In the karaoke, you cannot get applause from so many people. Yes, I will declare to quit karaoke. |

Symphony #5 Preview and the Ikebukuro Sunshine Healing
Program
|
I went to the office for the first time in a week, finished up a conference, and met with guests in the morning. Then, we headed to the Gaia Symphony no 5 preview which took place in Shinjuku Kinokuniya Theater. Since I was suffering from jet lag (with short journeys, jet lag seems to last for long), I was afraid that I might fall asleep in the middle of it. So I asked my wife on the way to the theater to nudge and wake me up several times, but there was no worry for that during the next two and the half hours. I always feel that Mr. Tatsumura's movie is filled with great spirits of humanity and compassion, and for a person like me who holds that spirit to my belief, it never ceases to captivate me. Especially with his wife devotedly starring (?) in the film, the last scene moved my wife and I to tears. If you have the chance, please go and see the film. After that was over, I went to the planetarium in Sunshine at Ikebukuro. The designer of the planetarium projected pictures of the water crystals onto the sky filled with shining stars. Its theme was "Water Knows the Answer" and today was the day we promised to go and see it for ourselves. In one of the top pages of the July 16th edition of Weekly Asahi, there was a page introducing this, so let me quote a few lines from it. "What appear in the sky filled with stars are crystals of water. Like delicate jewelry of glass work, they are exquisite, shining beautifully as ever. Tokyo Ikebukuro Planetarium Sunshine Starlight Dome 'Manten'. Other than the usual programs that project stars in the sky, a healing program that is on for one hour from 19:00 is becoming popular." Wow!! It was so great, beautiful and moving. I saw our pictures appearing as radiant images in the sky and the way they kindly look down upon us. Then, I could not stop admiring the mystic beauty of them as if I never saw them before. I could not stop thinking, "I wonder who took those pictures?"... Just joking. Well, I had no need to worry about me falling asleep again, but it seems as though the jet lag will still continue to bother me for a while. |

Style Reiki Seminar
|
Yesterday, I safely came back from Liechtenstein. However, I had no time to relax after my journey since I went to a Yamaguchi style Reichi seminar as a guest speaker at the Curian Building in Ooimachi City. The host of this seminar, Mr. Tadao Yamaguchi is from Kyoto and has a certification as a hado (vibration) instructor. He took over the Jikiden-Reiki that has been passed on for generations from his mother 5 years ago, and started to gather pupils. As a result, there was a five year anniversary seminar that took place in Kyoto a while ago and in Tokyo. As you might know already, Reiki is a healing method that has originated in Japan, but developed in countries outside of Japan, and recently, it has been spreading in this country once again in a form of so-called 'reimportation'. There are other cases similar to this, and you can say that my crystal pictures took a similar course as well. There are many of those who say that this is because Japanese people have a tendency not to believe in new things. Or else, people say that the island mentality is still persistent, and this country is a place where the "nail that sticks out gets hammer down". However, once they are out of Japan, things that gain its success tend to get popular in Japan as well. So if people take practical consideration of this situation, I believe that people who have confidence in their new technology should use internet and send the information out to the world. As one might say, "more haste, less speed". In Mr. Yamaguchi's case, because his pupils went outside of Japan and spread the Yamaguchi style Reiki, he is now invited to give workshops in the Netherlands, Germany and England. They truly know the value of things when they are good. Why don’t you take this into consideration as well? I recommend this especially for those who have technology, ideas, teachings that exist in Japan from ancient times. |

Liechtenstein
|
I left home at seven in the morning on June 28th, and after traveling for eighteen hours I arrived in the laboratory in Liechtenstein at six on the same day. Although I travel a lot, a long trip like this gets to me really. Now I am over sixty years old. The purpose of this trip was to make a business collaboration contract with a company that has a well near Munich and sells mineral water. It could have been dealt with by the Manager, Rasmus, however, it was decided that I would personally attend, for it would be the first contract after the establishment of the laboratory here. On the 30th I spent six hours to make a round trip, and the contract was concluded pleasantly and smoothly. Thanks to Rasmus's groundwork it was a good start for the laboratory. We were lucky to find a good staff in Europe. Thus I believe the laboratory will operate well for a full-scale research. Tomorrow I will leave the hotel at six for a long trip back from Munich Airport via Vienna to Kansai Airport, then Haneda Airport. And I have another seminar to run on the following day. It is amazing that my body clock is OK. All of these have been supported by a strong sense of mission, I believe. As usual, I will be fully booked when I return to Japan this time. And again I will back on the 12th for the Love and Thanks Day Project which is going to be held on the 25th by the Rhein in Liechtenstein. Wow, so hectic! Bye for now. I will continue back in Japan. |
