How to Order Water Crystal Photographs
1. Please read all the process here and check to see that your water does not apply to water described below as those that cannot be accepted. Then fill out the application and agreement forms.
We cannot accept…
1) Water that relates to specific religions or religious persons.
2) Water that is exposed to a specific person’s picture or name.
3) Water that will be used for advertising specific religions.
4) Water that will be used for criticizing something or somebody.
5) Water that contains dangerous substances.
If you plan to use the original water crystal photographs, please contact us prior to its use. We charge for the photographs’ license fees accordingly.
2. Please fill out the application and sign the agreement forms and send them by fax to the following number: +81-3-3866-5353
3. After you have sent the forms by fax, please send us an e-mail and let us know your name and e-mail address. We will examine your application and inform you of its acceptance or rejection through e-mail.

4. Once you are informed of the acceptance of your application, we request that you pay the required amount prior to the start of the experiment.
– $500USD per sample. (If you would require a test for a control water, that will be considered as one separate sample as well.) and $50US for handling and transaction fee.
* Please pay your bank transaction fee on your end.
For example,
$500USD + 50USD in case of 1 sample
$1,000USD + 50USD in case of 2 samples.
$1,500USD + 50USD in case of 3 samples.
5. Please send us the water samples with the application form and agreement by mail.

How to send the water samples:
Put about 500ml of water in a bottle (use bottles of regular mineral water as containers), and wrap the bottles with aluminum foil in order to protect the water from being contaminated by other information from outside. Please send water that has been collected recently.
6. We will start conducting the experiment once our laboratory receives the sample and confirm the payment. It usually takes 3 to 4 weeks for the completion of the experiment although the timing depends on the load that the laboratory is carrying at that time. Please confirm the estimated time it will take when in doubt.
